Terms of Service

By accessing or using Profit Buddy Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is offered as a month-to-month subscription. Billing recurs monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because billing is monthly and you may cancel at any time, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of image and video generations. Unused generations do not roll over. Once your allowance is exhausted, you may purchase a credit pack to continue generating. Credits are consumed at the time of generation.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse product data, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access. You are responsible for complying with Amazon's seller policies and any marketplace rules when acting on the Service's output.

Product data, profit estimates, and verdicts are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial advice. The Service uses sample data in this demo; live deployments rely on third-party APIs whose accuracy we do not guarantee. You are responsible for your own sourcing and selling decisions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
